The Islamic Society of the Seacoast Area is located 60 miles north of Boston, MA, nestled in the beautiful towns along the Atlantic Ocean coastline of New Hampshire and southern Maine. The Society was formed in 1994 and incorporated in 1997 under ISNA (the Islamic Society of North America). In 2004, ISSA was officially registered with the State of New Hampshire as an independent and non-profit organization.

Events and Announcements


Eid al-Adha is Friday 1/September/2017.

Eid prayer will be at 8:00AM on Friday September 1st 2017 at the Frank Jones Function Center in Portsmouth NH, insha'Allah.

The gathering will be in the function hall. Use the side entrance at the carport side door. Please arrive before 8:00AM and bring a prayer rug if possible. The Function Hall is booked from 7:00AM until 11:00AM.
